Vegan beet and azukis burger
Ingredients for 10 burgers
- 2 large carrots
- 1 spring onion
- 1 garlic
- 1 beet
- 400g of sugar
- 80g of sprouted buckwheat or oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons flax
- Salt, turmeric and sweet red pepper a teaspoon each
- Olive oil
Instructions
First, chop the vegetables and fry in olive oil until soft.
Mix all the ingredients and grind until you have a smooth dough.
Make the burgers with your hands and shape them.
Put the burgers in the oven for about 20 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes at 200º.
The burgers are ready to store in the fridge, freeze or cook for good.
Finally, if you want to cook them, put them in the pan with oil and cook them over and over again.
They are ready to eat !!!
Serve your burger with some sautéed rice and you’ll get the full protein !!
