Organic Strawberries are unique to obtain benefits.
Organic Strawberries were the focus of a study carried out in the city of Los Angeles in 2010.
With them of corroborating the results of other previous research.
In its creation, special attention was paid to details to avoid certain errors or failures in the process.
The team was made up of different specialists in fields such as food, pomology, genetics, statistics, among others.
With this they wanted to show that organic food has many advantages over non-organic food.
For example, organic products taste better since they obtain better organoleptic properties.
They also have more anti-oxidants like ascorbic acid, or better known as Vitamin C.
This vitamin helps in the formation of an important protein that is used to create skin, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels.
They are much more nutritious, because they contain more substances. They even take longer to spoil and generate fungus.
The different types of cultivation soils were also compared. The surface soils cultivated by organic strawberries were found to contain 21.6% more carbon and 30.2% more nitrogen than conventional soils.
These are just a few examples of the conclusions reached by scientists from various universities and research centers in the United States.
