Tagliatelle with fig cream and goat cheese

This original pasta recipe is great and very simple. Taste it !! With the organic and local ingredients of Ecovianda, you will be delighted.

To make this dish, for 4 people you need:

  • 500g of fresh tagliatelle
  • 4 black figs
  • 70g of goat roll cheese
  • 2 onions from Figueres
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of milk or cream or vegetable milk (can be oat milk, soy or rice)
  • Salt and pepper

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry over low heat with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.

When golden, add chopped garlic, finely chopped figs, goat cheese and stir. Make sure everything is cooked and homogeneous for about 3 minutes over low heat.

Then add the milk or cream. 1/2 glass is enough. Stir and let it cook for another 2 minutes over low heat, until the cheese melts and reduces the milk a bit. Be sure to stir.

Add salt and horse. Once the sauce is finished, bring the fresh pasta to a boil.

While the pasta is boiling, pass the sauce through the pepper if you want to get a fine sauce. f you prefer to find the ingredients, you can leave it as is.

Once the pasta is boiled, you can put the sauce on top and, if you want, decorate the dish with a touch of green chives or parsley that will add a touch of color and freshness.
